We are looking for skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA – or those pursuing a STNA certification – who desire a career that matters in a community that values their expertise. Shifts Available: Full-time and Part-time 2nd & 3rd Shift & PRN

Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience and $1.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and safety to elders
• Presenting elders with choices and decision‑making opportunities
• Engaging in interesting and meaningful activities with elders
• Assisting the elders in getting up and going to bed when they want
• Planning and cooking their favorite foods and eating a meal with them
• Laundry and light housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. However, see below for our offer of on‑the‑job assistance in getting this certification!
• Experience: good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents

In partnership with local accredited schools, we offer a Nursing Assistant Training Class those seeking certification.
