Selling Sales Manager

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the success of a community, driving sales the LGI way while leading and supporting a team of New Home Sales Consultants. You’ll actively sell homes and guide homebuyers through the process using our proven LGI way to deliver results and exceptional customer service. As a Selling Sales Manager, you’ll recruit, select, train, and inspire your team to meet and exceed annual sales goals. You’ll provide ongoing training and development, set monthly goals, and lead weekly group training sessions. This role requires a proven track record of high sales performance, along with experience in training, managing, and motivating a team. The Selling Sales Manager should possess exceptional communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone. Weekend work is a required aspect of this position.
