Job Title: Workday Compensation consultant
Position Type/Duration of Assignment: 4-6 Months with possibility of extension

Locations: Minneapolis, MN 55415

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite/2 days remote

Hours/Schedule: M - F standard hours

Pay range: $50-$53/Hr.

Position Summary:

• Seeking a Workday Compensation consultant with deep expertise in Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and develop proof-of-concept configurations within Client's Advanced Compensation environment to validate functionality and business fit.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation), delivering scalable solutions that align with business objectives and provide an intuitive, high-quality user experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to document and communicate business processes, requirements, data flows, and user experiences through clear and effective artifacts.
• Drive planning, coordination, configuration, and testing activities to support successful product delivery and implementation.
• Create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly define business needs and support Agile delivery teams.
• Track work, dependencies, and progress within Jira and Agile delivery frameworks to ensure transparent and effective execution.
• Mentor and influence team members by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and promoting best practices across the product team.

Ideal Candidate:

• In addition to having the experience with the above job tasks, must have demonstrated experience in the design, configuration, and administration of Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation). The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for optimizing business processes and enhancing the user experience.
