About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Regulatory Change Management and Prudential Rule Interpretation Advocacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading horizon scanning activities to identify and analyze emerging U.S. regulatory developments, particularly those related to prudential regulations impacting capital, liquidity, treasury, and enterprise banking operations. This role requires the ability to conduct detailed regulatory reviews, translate complex requirements into actionable guidance, and assess the downstream impacts of regulatory changes across various business lines and governance frameworks. The VP will also be expected to provide strategic advisory support to a range of stakeholders and to partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of regulatory changes. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a J.D. or equivalent strongly preferred, and at least 7-10 years of experience in regulatory change management, compliance, legal, or related financial services functions. Deep knowledge of prudential banking regulations, including capital and liquidity requirements, Basel Accords, enhanced prudential standards, and Volcker Rule requirements, is essential. The role demands a strong understanding of U.S. banking and securities regulators, experience in regulatory impact assessments, and a proven track record in supporting enterprise-wide regulatory implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in SharePoint, GRC platforms, and regulatory tracking tools preferred.
