Contract | Days | Full-Time (5 days/week, 32-hour guarantee)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe functional techniques

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Missouri
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Ability to work 5 days per week on a day shift schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and patient populations
