Daily Responsibilities: Develop Individualized Treatment Plans and Functional Goals Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations and Assessments Monitor Patient Progress and Adjust Treatment Interventions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Document patient care, progress notes, evaluations, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely Provide patient and caregiver education on home programs, safety techniques, and adaptive strategies Required Skills: Current Certification as an Occupational Therapist Driving with active license and Car Insurance Experience in manual therapy and outpatient rehabilitation Strong understanding of cognition and inpatient rehabilitation Knowledge of sensory integration and hand therapy techniques Clinical Evaluation and Treatment Planning Skills Documentation and Compliance Skills Home health experience is a plus Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $180,000.00 Company Information: Therapeutic Rehab and Wellness provides comprehensive IN-HOME physical therapy, respiratory therapy, occupational therapy, and massage therapy services to patients throughout the Las Vegas area.
