- Must have working knowledge of high-temp dish machines, chemical use, and sanitation standards.
- Must be prompt and reliable.
- Must have a great work ethic and attitude.
- Must have attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
- Experience with prep work for the kitchen is a plus
