Job Title: Junior IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, self-managed Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing front-line technical support, managing day-to-day office technology, and ensuring our core systems run smoothly. This position requires someone who takes initiative, manages their time effectively, and can prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Self-Manage Daily Operations: Independently prioritize incoming support requests, track project timelines, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer and maintain user accounts, permissions, and settings within Microsoft 365 (including Outlook and MS Teams ).
• Set up, configure, and deploy desktop workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices for staff.
• Document support tickets, resolution steps, and technical processes to maintain an organized knowledge base.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong Self-Management: Proven ability to work independently, manage workload priorities, and take ownership of tasks from end to end.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience or relevant coursework in an IT support/helpdesk role.
• Strong working knowledge of administrative tasks in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook .
• Understanding of Windows operating systems, networking basics, and office hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-service mindset.

Preferred Experience (A Plus!)

• Experience with QuickBooks (user administration, system updates, or basic troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with Fishbowl Inventory software or similar ERP/inventory management platforms.
