Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Mill Valley, CA (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative pediatric therapy team. Our mission is to empower children-from birth to young adulthood-to participate in life to their fullest abilities. Through evidence-based and meaningful therapy, we help children build confidence in their ability to speak, communicate, and eat successfully. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized speech, language, and feeding/swallow therapy sessions
- Conduct evaluations and write detailed reports
- Maintain thorough documentation, including SOAP notes and progress updates
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to discuss goals and progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CFs welcome)
- Current state license and certifications required
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong interest in feeding and swallowing therapy
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
