Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll focus on developing new business opportunities and becoming a trusted insurance resource within the community.

Responsibilities

* Build and maintain referral partnerships with local businesses, real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and community organizations.* Generate new business through networking, relationship-building, and community involvement.* Conduct insurance reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer protection.* Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend customized insurance solutions.* Cross-sell and bundle policies to provide comprehensive protection.* Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.* Educate customers on insurance products, discounts, and coverage options.* Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through policy issuance.* Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
Requirements
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
* Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.* Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience.* Proven success generating new business and building client relationships.* Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
