Human Resources Coordinator (Medical Office)

Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-site)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, benefits administration, credentialing support, and employee relations across multiple healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, background checks, and hiring processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HIPAA, and healthcare regulations.
• Track employee licenses, certifications, and training requirements.
• Support credentialing and accreditation processes.
• Assist with employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and personnel management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Experience with healthcare compliance, credentialing, and HRIS systems is a plus.

Preferred:

• Healthcare/medical office experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, AAAHC standards.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• Experience supporting multiple clinic locations.
