Join Ace Hardware & Home Center as a Housewares Merchandising Sales Associate, where you'll play a vital role in curating our exciting product range. We are looking for someone to help merchandise displays throughout the store to keep things looking fresh & display new exciting product.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and visibility.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform inventory decisions and promotions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality housewares.
• Support sales staff on product features and merchandising techniques.
• Manage seasonal product launches and promotional events effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset for product presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
