Physical Therapist

$55 per hour

Company: Cape Regency Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Centerville

Part-time and per diem PT openings! Up to $55 an hour with weekly pay! $2,500 sign-on bonus available. Cape Regency is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab and long-term care.

Responsibilities:

Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload
Participate in the clinical team process
Provide teaching and training to caregiver staff and supervise other therapists, assistants, and students as required
Screen patients/residents and develop appropriate care plans
Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis
Demonstrate consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required
Must possess an active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state, or be in the process or eligible to obtain one
Newly licensed graduates welcome to apply
Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and to interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to perform documentation needs, manipulations of equipment and direct patient care
