APEX Physical Therapy in Brighton, MI is looking for a friendly and organized Part-Time Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our clinic! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused healthcare team where your energy and attention to detail make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, light cleaning
• Take patient payments
• Communicate effectively with physical therapists and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-up calls with professionalism
• Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
