Job Description

The Automotive Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles through scheduled maintenance and daily troubleshooting. This role focuses primarily on shop-based work, utilizing both standard and advanced computerized diagnostic tools to ensure vehicle systems operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled vehicle maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Repair brake systems, engines, and electrical components
Use standard and advanced computerized diagnostic tools for accurate problem detection
Conduct preventive maintenance to enhance vehicle performance
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Maintain detailed records of services performed
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex repair tasks

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years in automotive repair experience
Proficient in engine diagnostics and brake system repair
Skilled in electrical systems troubleshooting
Experienced in preventive maintenance procedures
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and computerized diagnostics
