About the Role:
Join KC Flow Heroes LLC as a Service Technician, where you'll install, repair, and maintains plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You'll ensure that water, drainage, and gas systems operate safely and efficiently.  A plumbing service technician plays a vital role in maintaining essential water and sanitation systems, combining technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving to keep plumbing systems running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, low water pressure, or malfunctioning fixtures
• Repair or replace pipes, valves, faucets, water heaters, and other plumbing components
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent future problems
• Use specialized tools and equipment to inspect and fix systems
• Read blueprints and follow building codes and safety regulations
• Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and costs

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Physical stamina and ability to work in tight spaces
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Basic math and mechanical skills

Work Environment:
Plumbing service technicians travel to job sites in a company vehicle, working in homes & businesses. The job may involve irregular hours, including emergency calls, weekends, and exposure to water, chemicals, and varying weather conditions.
