Uses increased knowledge, skills, and experience to understand situations holistically and plans and adjusts accordingly. Quickly recognizes variations from the anticipated course, thinks critically, modifies plans, makes appropriate decisions, recognizes salient patient care issues, and focuses on long term goals. The RN III Staffing Team is a member of the nurse resource pool and has a broader scope with the ability to work in multiple areas within the hospital.
