About the Role
The Company is seeking an AI Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the launch of new, high-impact technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, high-growth environment, with a focus on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction. This role offers maximum ownership, allowing the individual to have complete autonomy in architecting systems, driving strategy, and building from the ground up. The AI Chief of Staff will be responsible for leading and executing core initiatives in AI, translating strategic vision into execution roadmaps, and driving the implementation of scalable solutions to position the new department for rapid growth. Applicants for the AI Chief of Staff position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements. A high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and a strong drive for end-to-end ownership are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work directly with the department founder and a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a fast-paced, no-nonsense environment where good ideas and fast execution are highly valued.
