Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: September 28, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Document patient information and clinical findings accurately using Meditech
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Float to other units as needed per facility policy

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Meditech EMR experience required
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend as discussed
• Compliance with facility dress code: facility-designated scrub color, no artificial/gel nails, neat hair (pulled back if shoulder length or longer), covered tattoos, and no visible piercings other than ears

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Familiarity with acute care environments and associated patient populations
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new team environments
