We have a common purpose to ensure transparency and a collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to express their ideas with a strong belief in promoting from within the organization.ResponsibilitiesPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealershipTest-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecuting repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualifications5+ years of Service Technician experience requiredA level qualification, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine RepairMust hold a high school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsBasic Computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentTeam playerValid Driver’s License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelinesAbility to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
