Job Description

Private Duty LPN Position Available

Aging Care Solutions is assisting a private client in Chattanooga with hiring a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care in a private home.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor and document vital signs and blood sugar
Administer tube feedings
Assess and report changes in the client’s condition
Coordinate with the care team regarding the plan of care
Assist with personal care and Hoyer lift transfers as needed
Complete accurate documentation
Follow physician and nursing care plans

Qualifications

Current Tennessee LPN license
CPR certification preferred
Experience with tube feedings, diabetes care, and Hoyer lifts preferred
Reliable transportation
Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Ability to work independently
Must pass a background check and provide references

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay

Starting at $40.00 per hour
