Electrical Assemblers

Our client, a leader in the industrial manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Assemblers to join their dynamic team. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be an essential part of the assembly department supporting the production of high-quality electrical cables and harnesses. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Assemblers

Location: Windsor Mil, MD

Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour base on experience

Shift: 6:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assemble and inspect cables according to specifications outlined in mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Utilize various hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all cables are assembled to meet or exceed company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that may arise during the assembly process.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required + Trade School diploma
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finish Work Manufacturing or related fields.
• Must be a US Citizen (this is a Federal Contractor).
• Ability to pass a 10 Panel Oral Test and a 7-year background check.
• Strong skills in electrical assembly, cable and harness assembly, and wiring.
