Senior RSA Archer Architect & Integrations Lead

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior RSA Archer Developer to design, configure, and maintain Archer applications, support integrations, and optimize platform performance. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise with Archer architecture, data modeling, and Next Gen UI, enabling them to deliver scalable and effective GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions. Primary Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer applications and modules. Perform end-to-end Archer configuration and develop custom objects and complex data models. Build and maintain API-based integrations with internal and external systems. Work extensively with Archer Next Gen UI to improve usability, performance, and efficiency. Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and optimization efforts. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Development, QA, and Production environments. Partner with Risk, Audit, Compliance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure adherence to Archer best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks. Provide comprehensive documentation, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer to teams. Support multiple GRC use cases, including RCSA, Issues Management, Risk Register, Compliance, and Audit. Required Qualifications 8–10 years of hands-on experience as an RSA Archer Developer or Technical Consultant. Strong knowledge of Archer architecture, data modeling, and core configuration capabilities. Experience developing custom objects, implementing REST API integrations, and managing system integrations. Hands-on experience with Archer Next Gen UI and performance optimization. Experience with platform upgrades, data migrations, and operating in regulated environments. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience integrating Archer with platforms like Snowflake or ServiceNow is a plus. Familiarity with GRC processes and multiple use case implementations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
