Thermoform Operator

Thermoform Operator Duties
- Operate and monitor thermoforming machines, including loading and unloading materials, troubleshooting, and performing routine maintenance
- Perform finishing and secondary operations such as de-burring, sanding, routing, and inspection to meet quality standards
- Inspect parts for defects and complete required documentation using a computer
- Support production by cross-training on other machines, assisting with tool changes, and providing feedback for process improvements

Thermoform Operator Requirements
- 2 years of thermoform machine experience
- Computer proficiency
- Experience with reading job orders or job travelers
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
