Medical Front Desk Associate (Full-Time) We are seeking a Medical Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role involves patient registration, check‑in/check‑out, and assisting the office with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth front‑desk operations. Abilities Initiating Action – Taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and achieve goals beyond what is required. Stress tolerance – Maintaining stable performance under pressure and handling stress appropriately. Customer Focus – Effectively meeting customer needs, building productive relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Planning and Organizing – Establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently. Building Trust – Interacting with others in a way that gives them confidence in one’s intentions and the organization. Qualifications 1+ year of medical office experience with patient registration and check‑in/check‑out preferred. Self‑starter who can adapt to departmental changes when necessary. Able to discuss treatment and financial obligations with patients. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Strong computer skills and customer service experience. Experience with Allscripts is a plus.
