Department/Unit: Spaulding Nursing and Therapy Center Brighton, Inc. Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You'll Do Direct, plan, and coordinate service activities and staffing performance. Ensure the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff. Ensure a positive work environment that is safe for patients, visitors, and staff. Coordinate unit activities with other hospital departments. Develop and implement staffing plans. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards.
