Digital Marketing SpecialistLocation: Remote, U.S.Travel: Approximately 1 week per quarterEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the OpportunityOur client is seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to create compelling written and video content while managing and optimizing digital content across multiple platforms.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of content marketing. You will write long-form content, interview subject matter experts, produce video stories, manage website content, and help improve organic and AI-driven search visibility.The ideal candidate is a strong writer and storyteller who is also comfortable managing digital projects, working within a CMS, and using modern AI and marketing tools.Responsibilities• Write long-form website content, articles, case studies, newsletters, educational materials, and other marketing communications

• Interview subject matter experts and turn complex information into clear, engaging stories and content
• Produce narrative and interview-based video projects from concept through completion
• Develop scripts, interview questions, production plans, and other supporting materials
• Coordinate video shoots and manage outside production vendors as needed
• Publish, edit, and maintain website content using a CMS
• Apply SEO best practices and optimize content for traditional and AI-powered search
• Conduct keyword and audience research to identify new content opportunities
• Organize and maintain digital assets, including video, photography, metadata, releases, and usage rights
• Monitor content and search performance using analytics and search visibility tools
• Use AI tools to support research, transcription, content development, organization, and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage projects from concept through completionQualifications• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, digital marketing, content production, or a related field
• Portfolio demonstrating strong written content and video/narrative production work
• Excellent writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling skills
• Experience managing video projects from concept through final delivery
• Hands-on experience publishing and managing content within a CMS
• Understanding of SEO, digital content strategy, and emerging AI search practices
• Experience with web analytics and search performance tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console
• Familiarity with digital asset management, structured data, and basic HTML
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of professional content workflows
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and outside vendors
• Willingness to travel approximately one week per quarterPreferred Qualifications• Experience within healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, or another regulated industry
• Experience with HubSpot, SharePoint, or similar content and digital asset platforms
• Basic video editing, motion graphics, or photography experience
• Spanish/English bilingual skills
