Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Hospice Registered Nurse. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment. You will collaborate to provide patient care plans, support patients in the area, and manage critical deadlines for charting. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
Meet critical deadlines for charting
Self-manage time and schedule
Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

Schedule and Shift Details
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 5p-8a

Travel
Local travel required

qualifications
required
Associate degree or higher

Hospice (2+ years)

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Other EMR

TruChart EHR

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)? (yes)

Have you spoke with a Relode Recruiter about this role (via phone or video)? (yes)

Are you okay with the required travel for this position? (yes)
