Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of a hospital team in Cincinnati, OH as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT imaging equipment to produce diagnostic studies. You will communicate procedures to patients, complete required documentation, and collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate efficient, high-quality patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience in a hospital or comparable imaging environment.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiologic technology program.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography or ARRT certification with CT registry completion as required by the client.
• Current BLS certification.
• Demonstrated ability to administer IV contrast media per facility policy.
• Experience performing diagnostic CT exams, reconstructions, and protocoling per radiologist instruction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior weekend CT shift experience.
• Experience working with portable C-arm and fluoroscopic equipment.
• Familiarity with ordering supplies and maintaining departmental par levels.

Assignment Details

• Weekend schedule, 3x8 shifts.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with floor staff and float within the client network if required.
