Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for training and managing a team of assistant supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior technicians/RBTs in the implementation of individualized treatment plans using the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities The BCBA will complete functional behavior assessments (FBA) and create and maintain individualized ABA-based programs for clients. The BCBA works closely with Operations and Clinical Teams to ensure quality of care, authorization, supervision, and implementation of treatment plans. The BCBA provides training to the clinical team that directly impacts each client on his or her caseload in all environments where treatment occurs. Location Openings in Gilbert, Arizona and Phoenix, Arizona.
