Clinical Operations Specialist

GE HealthCare seeks a Clinical Operations Specialist to support implementation and deployment of PET and nuclear medicine imaging software. The role involves workflow configuration, customer training coordination, and clinical support for hospital and cancer center sites across the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical workflows and configure software applications during implementation phases
- Coordinate and plan customer training, including dry-run testing and pre-training sessions
- Manage training schedules and ensure customer projects remain on track
- Guide customers through clinical configuration decisions and workflow approval
- Maintain customer relationships and communicate product feedback to internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 6+ years medical imaging experience
- 5+ years nuclear medicine and PET imaging expertise
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge of imaging workflows
- Ability to conduct training and dry-run testing with customers
- Proficiency in remote support and customer communication
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
