Retail Display Installer - Technology

Job Summary Position: Retail Display Installer – Technology. Location: Market - SS - CA - Sacramento. Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Pay: $20.25 per hour. Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Work Monday‑Friday (weekends not required). Paid training. Flexible self‑scheduling or fixed shifts. Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Responsibilities Respond and communicate promptly with field services management (within 24 hours). Keep availability updated and accurate. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end‑caps, and fixtures. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving each site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms or client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations of 2+ people; provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Submit timecards accurately and report anomalies daily with needed corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate and complete training and certification programs. Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Available for occasional weekend assignments as needed. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Follow all directives and execute fully and completely. Communicate and drive solutions, ensuring operational efficiencies. Qualifications Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical: climb ladders up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, and reach overhead. Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments. Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email. High school diploma or equivalent (required). Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory. Installation and merchandising experience preferred. Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to follow planogram (POG) directives. Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data. Navigate communication platforms and applications independently. Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frame. Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment, shift, or day. Superior leadership, professional communication, and presentation skills. Good judgment, problem‑solving ability, and excellent time‑management and reporting skills.
