Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license within the state or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of best practices and current trends in school occupational therapy
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with colleagues, parents, and administrators
• Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to individualized, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy interventions to students in accordance with IEP goals and state standards
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation and independence
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to ensure the best support for each child
• Address fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills through tailored interventions
