Previous warehouse or powered industrial equipment training is beneficial. Experience Requirements 2-3 years of recent electric pallet jack experience Experience using warehouse management systems, including RF scanners and voice picking Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Job Duties Operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment Pick, transport, and stage products using RF scanners and voice-picking technology Accurately complete order fulfillment tasks while meeting productivity standards Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred. Experience using electric pallet jacks, forklifts, RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, order picking, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, productivity, teamwork, and inventory accuracy are well positioned for success as a Electric Pallet Jack Operator. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physically active warehouse work throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 60 pounds. Ability to safely operate powered material handling equipment while maintaining awareness of surrounding warehouse traffic. Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environments while following established safety procedures.
