Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Weekend RN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Weekend RN, you will provide around-the-clock skilled nursing care to our patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team and physician
• Utilize electronic medical records to document patient care and communicate with the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care

Provide wound care according to the treatment administration record
