On-Site Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist

Bedrock Property Management provides hands-on affordable housing compliance support across its property portfolio. This role travels extensively to communities requiring assistance with compliance operations, including annual and interim recertifications and file corrections. The Compliance Field Specialist works with on-site teams to ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, HOME, Rural Development and other programs, with travel of 75% or more and timely, accurate support. #J-18808-Ljbffr Elmington
