Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Assistant Project Manager based in Rockville, MD. The role involves supporting project managers in planning, scheduling, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include expediting project materials, coordinating project schedules, assisting with inspections, managing logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives. Additionally, the Assistant Project Manager will collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams and clients to ensure alignment with project goals and maintain quality standards. Qualifications Strong competencies in Project Management practices, including planning, scheduling, submittals and task coordination. Familiarity with Inspection procedures and quality assurance methods in construction projects. Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage priorities and maintain clear communication with teams and stakeholders. Proficiency with project management software and tools Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
