divh2Family Medicine Residency Program Director/h2pMedical Center is seeking Family Medicine physician to serve as Program Director for an established Family Medicine Residency Program - This is a leadership opportunity for a clinician-educator who values mentorship, accessibility, and resident engagement within a supportive, collegial training environment./ppEstablished Family Medicine residency program with strong institutional support/ppStandard weekday schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Balanced role with approximately: 1/3 continuity clinic 1/3 precepting and clinic support 1/3 administrative and leadership responsibilities/ppInpatient service approximately every 6th week, with manageable call structure and strong resident support/ppNew affiliation with DO medical schools/ppDaily noon conference and active residency social media presence/ppOpen-door leadership model with the Program Director embedded in the clinic/pp25 days PTO annually/ppAdditional 5 CME days for Program Director responsibilities/ppCME/CEU support provided/ppRequired participation in NIPDD (or equivalent)/ppOngoing leadership and professional development opportunities/ppRequired: Minimum 3 years as core faculty At least 3 years of GME educational or administrative experience Demonstrated excellence as a clinician, educator, and mentor/ppPreferred: Prior Associate Program Director experience OB experience welcomed Interest in research supported but not required/ppShort commutes, high-performing schools and safe, affordable neighborhoods are just a few of the many hallmarks that make working, living and raising a family in western Pennsylvania special.
