Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on experience. 3rd Shift Dispatch. Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, submitting a DOT inspection report detailing its condition. Verify the bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off-hour deliveries. Drive the tractor-trailer to designated locations, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and demonstrating skill in vehicle maneuvering both on the road and at customer sites. Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions. Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer premises. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications for a CDL-A Team Member: Must be at least 21 years old. Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A). Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience. Meet our organization’s MVR and risk rating standards. This role requires the ability to read, write, and comprehend English at a level necessary for effective and safe job performance, including understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and essential communications.
