Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread takes the core role of welcoming guests and delivering excellent service throughout the bakery‑cafe. Your daily interactions create the warmth and hospitality that make our guests return. Responsibilities Be an ambassador for Panera Warmth during every guest interaction. Execute duties in your specific area within the bakery‑cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.). Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency – no assembly lines, just real ingredients and great food. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while maintaining a constant presence. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and helping set up the next shift. This Opportunity Is for You Minimum age 16+and able to lift up to 25lbsand stand for extended periods. Clear communication skills and the ability to understand directions in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating moments of comfort and joy for guests. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food safety understanding and completion of required training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law). Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
