Manufacturing Engineer

Payrate: $43.91- $45.00/hr.


Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Lead and manage small to moderate scope capital projects
• Establish and maintain layouts, labor standards, methods and sequence of events for assembly operations
• Analyze, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies
• Provide support and troubleshooting for current assembly operations

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience with manufacturing processes, quality, tooling, preventative maintenance, and facilities
• Experience with engineering tools and manufacturing execution systems
• Experience leading and implementing projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills with operators, peers, and leadership
• Self-motivated and able to execute with minimal supervision

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology discipline or equivalent related work experience
• (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical engineering preferred)
• Strong personal accountability, follow-through, and ability to foster a positive, engaged team environment
• Identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas for Articulated Dump Truck assembly operations

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $43.91- $45.00/hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
