WIC Nutritionist: Nutrition Counseling + Breastfeeding

Axis Community Health in the Tri-Valley area seeks a part-time WIC Nutritionist to support nutrition education, breastfeeding guidance, and health counseling for women, infants, and children within a Federally Qualified Health Center.
You will assess nutritional needs, develop care plans, deliver culturally responsive education in English and Spanish, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote healthy lifestyles and positive patient outcomes. 16 hours per week, on-site clinic.
