**Direct Support Professional - Female Staff (First Shift and Weekends)**

As a integral part of our staff, you will provide personalized in-home care to individuals requiring personal attention in Canal Winchester, Ohio. **Responsibilities:**

• Provide one-on-one support to clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication management and administration
• Cook meals, prepare snacks, and maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Encourage independence and self-advocacy while promoting emotional well-being
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and families
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care

**Requirements:**

• Ability to work first shift and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in direct care or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and perform physical assistance as needed
• Dependable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
