At Kimbrell’s Furniture, delivery isn’t just dropping off products—it’s the final and most important impression we leave with our customers. We’re looking for a Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and delivers a true white-glove experience every time.

As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in both delivery operations and in-store support:

White-Glove Delivery

Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes Review orders with customers and confirm satisfaction before leaving Showroom & Warehouse Support

Assist with merchandising, floor setup, and product displays Move and stage furniture between the warehouse and the showroom Help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store Operations & Inventory

Prepare delivery routes and stage merchandise Receive and track incoming inventory Customer Support & Collections

Assist with customer account follow-ups when needed Support repossession efforts (when authorized) in a professional manner ⭐ Exceptional customer service and positive feedback Safe, damage-free deliveries On-time performance and accurate documentation Strong customer service and communication skills Basic mechanical ability (furniture assembly) Indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions Full-time schedule with weekend availability Be part of a customer-first culture Make a real impact on the customer experience Join a team that values hard work, service, and professionalism Apply today and help deliver more than furniture—deliver an experience.
