Local Contract Nurse RN - Home Health - $47-48 per hour

PRIDE Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health for a local contract nursing job in Raleigh, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Local Contract Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Raleigh, NC Contract: 13 weeks Pay: $47–$52/hour Position Summary Seeking an experienced Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care through multiple patient visits per day . The RN will assess patients, manage Plans of Care, provide skilled treatments, educate patients/families, and coordinate care with the healthcare team. Responsibilities Perform home health patient assessments and develop Plans of Care. Provide medication administration, wound care, IV care, and catheter/drain management. Educate patients and families on medications, disease management, and safety. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Follow infection-control, OSHA, and patient-safety standards. Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Supervise HHA/LVN staff as appropriate. Participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned. Travel locally between patient homes. Requirements Active RN license. 2 years of Home Health experience. HCHB and OASIS experience required. 1–2 years of clinical RN experience. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Ability to work independently and travel locally. Preferred: BSN, CHPN, and hospice experience. Note: This is a visit-based position , not an 8-hour shift with one patient.
