Position Duly Health and Care’s Radiology Department is seeking a Full‑time Board Certified or Board Eligible Body Imaging Radiologist to join our growing practice in Lombard. Key Responsibilities & Work Environment Day‑time shifts 8am‑4pm, with a combination of remote and onsite coverage at outpatient imaging centers. Remote shifts available and supported; 100% outpatient daytime immediate care coverage. No emergency or inpatient duties; minimal weekends or evenings; no mandatory holidays. Reading >90% of studies in your subspecialty within a standardized work‑list system that ensures fair distribution. Utilization of Visage PACS, PS360, and EPIC for streamlined workflow; supported by a dedicated team for calls and follow‑ups. Participation in in‑house AI development for assisted report generation and image interpretation. Opportunity for employee or partner track positions and routine leadership elections. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Body Imaging Radiology. Strong reading performance: 90%+ read in your subspecialty. Fellowship trained and part of a group of approximately 40 fellowship‑trained FTEs. Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $425,000–$550,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. Total target cash compensation may be $450,000–$650,000, including productivity bonus, sign‑on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus.
