Join Our World‑Class Team As one of the largest private group practices in the U.S., Barrow Brain and Spine is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to join our location. The role involves delivering a high‑quality patient experience and supporting our clinic operations. Prepare front office for daily activities. Warmly greet patients, guests, vendors, and visitors. Ensure all patient paperwork, demographic, and insurance information is up to date and correct. Collect co‑pay when necessary and issue receipts. Notify physician office and/or clinic staff of patient arrivals. Maintain accurate and timely patient information in Centricity and Phreesia databases. Answer telephones and transfer calls to appropriate staff members. Help create an extraordinary patient experience. Experience Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred but we are willing to train.
