Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Franklin, TN
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a fulfilling independent contractor role that offers excellent pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide 1099 positions with refrigerated routes across all 48 states, presenting substantial earning potential. Enjoy the freedom of independent contracting with competitive compensation and profit-sharing opportunities.
Home Time:
- Be on the road for 3-4 weeks with 4-5 days at home, balancing extended earning periods with quality family time.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts, ensuring comfort during long trips.
No Touch Freight:
- Handle 100% no-touch refrigerated freight across all states, including specialized routes through the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.
Pay and Miles:
- Achieve an average weekly income of $1,600 to $1,800, with $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, alongside a 10% profit share bonus at the year's end.
Running Area:
- Cover OTR across all 48 states, with diverse refrigerated freight opportunities to maximize your earning potential.
Benefits:
- Join as a 1099 independent contractor with a passenger policy for ages 18 and above at no extra cost. A pet policy is also available with a refundable $500 deposit based on truck condition upon return.
