Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Must have ACAS/FCAS designation or relevant designation in other actuarial societies.
- Must have P&C Insurance experience.
- Must have 4 to 7 years of experience in the insurance domain.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with state filing processes and DOI documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in actuarial, mathematical, or statistical techniques.
- Understand, analyze, and review assigned state responsibilities, completing the state filing process.
- Independently apply complex technical and actuarial methodologies to complete projects.
- Select and ensure the quality of data used for trend analysis and rate level indications.
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Communicate insights and solutions effectively to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
