Salary: $147,800 - 246,400 per year Requirements:

• We expect solid data modeling capability across conceptual, logical, and physical designs, plus hands-on use of data modeling tools.
• We value advanced knowledge of normalization, ETL/ELT pipeline design, and batch and streaming architectures.
• We require experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL platforms like MongoDB, Cassandra, and DynamoDB.
• We look for familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality management, and master data management principles.
• We need experience integrating external data sources, SFTP-based ETL, and real-time data pipelines.
• We value experience connecting metadata and lineage into enterprise governance platforms such as Alation.
• We expect knowledge of SOA modernization, service-based architectures, OAuth2, OIDC, SMART, RBAC, ABAC, and healthcare standards including HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, and HIPAA.
• We want experience designing ML/AI-ready environments and real-time analytics platforms.
• We look for CI/CD, automated deployment, and GitHub-based version control experience.
• We value healthcare domain expertise, including EMR systems, claims processing, MDM, and IQVIA or similar healthcare datasets.

• We ensure consistent capture, enrichment, and stewardship of metadata to improve discoverability, lineage, data quality, and auditability.
• We develop and maintain data architecture documentation, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams.
• We drive consistency, traceability, and quality across our platforms and data assets.

We offer competitive total rewards, including a base pay range of $147,800 to $246,400, and additional bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be available.
